You can only turn it in once, but you can turn it in to any one of the people for the title tracks.

Lexx [ Asuran Talent Scout ] in Rata Sum.

Gedrel of Ascalon [ Vanguard Herald ] in Eye of the North.

Tyr the Skaald [ Norn Storyteller ] in Gunnar's Hold.

or Kodan [ Dwarven Recruitment Officer ] in Gunnar's Hold.

The person you turn it in to will give you points for their race - to get points for another race you must get another book and fill it. It does not matter who you get the book from - only to whom you turn it in.

Eh. At least it gives you a concrete reason to replay the missions and dungeons rather than just the hope for loot. And here's the secret: you don't have to try and max every racial title. Rank 5, the point where you can get the armor, is more than enough, really, and isn't all that difficult to reach. Most of the racial skills are good enough at that point, too.

Yes, I'm on my third hero book now. I keep two in storage and use whichever one has an empty chapter when my guildies ask for help doing the quests. That way I help my friends, get the book filled up, and max my titles all in one shot.
